Sapienza University has organised a Welcome Day which EU-NICE Erasmus Mundus scholars can attend on 4th January 2012 at 10.30 a.m. The Welcome Day is a form of orientation from which scholars will greatly benefit. The Eu-NICE staff will provide you all the information needed to organise yourself for your study period and inform you of what administrative steps need to be taken, including other documentation which needs to be filled in. You will also have the opportunity to meet other international students. Do not forget to bring all your documents with you (please do not forget your BOARDING PASSES), and a passport-sized photo too. The Welcome Day will take place at the International Relations Office: Palazzo Baleani Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 244 2nd floor AULA SPINELLI How to reach our office: From Roma termini station to our office, you can take public transport as follows: Bus no. 40 or no. 64 to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, no. 244 (5th bus stop “Chiesa Nuova”, after Largo di Torre Argentina).
